Larry Donnell Gibbs, 57 of 104 N. Edenton Road Hertford North Carolina departed this life on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 in Sentera Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach, Va.
He was the son of the late Alphonso and Dora Beatrice Boyce Gibbs. He attended the Public Schools of Perquimans County North Carolina, Larry was a Cement Construction Worker and was a member of Enoch Baptist Church in Virginia Beach, Va.
He leaves to cherish his memory: Two Daughters, Clarissa Gibbs and Kera Gibbs both of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. One Son: Fontaine Gibbs of Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
Three Sisters: Irene Gibbs of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Joyce L. Walston (James) of Portsmouth, VA, Gloria Jean Gibbs of Yonkers, N. Y. Two Brothers: Kenny Eddie Gibbs of Columbus, GA. And Darryl Gibbs of Wilson, N. C.
A Private Graveside service was held of Friday, September 3, 2021 in the Cedarwood Cemetery, Hertford, N. C. by the Rev. Dr. Shelia Eason.
