Obituary for William Issac Coston Sr.
Mr. William Issac Coston Sr., son of the late Frank & Martha Coston, was born in Perquimans County, NC on March 28, 1932. He departed this life on Thursday, January 17, 2019 in Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation following a long illness.
He was married to the Late Ora Rumber. To this union 4 children were born. One son preceded him in death, William Coston Jr.
Sorrowfully mourning his departure are 2 daughters; Joyce Coston Welch of Sanford, NC, Martha Coston Byrd (Larry) of Rocky Mount, NC, one son Richard Coston (Glenice) of Greensboro, NC and one stepson Rev. Junious Johnson (Carolyn) of Elizabeth City, NC. (13) grandchildren, (21) great grandchildren, (2) great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and friends. And one special individual that will always be part of our family, Bernell Webb of Hertford, NC.
Mr. Coston's remains will lay in repose at the church from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
