Judith Charlene Baker Horton entered into eternal rest on Tuesday July 21, 2015 in Kindred Care, Elizabeth City, NC. ��She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Jodie B. Tuggle Baker and was born in Memphis, Tennessee. ��Her family moved to Elizabeth City, North Carolina and she was educated and graduated from P. W. Moore High School. ��She continued her education at Elizabeth City State University was was voted Miss Freshman. ��Charlene as she was affectionately called loved fashion and style and prior to her illness operated her on Seamstress Shop. She leaves to cherish her memory a Step Daughter; Danielle Hawkins of Raleigh, North Carolina. ��A Sister in Law; Carolyn Davis. ��Loving cousin and Guardian Augustus Sutton of Elizabeth City, North Carolina and several other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be held on Monday July 27, 2015 in Oak Grove Cemetery at 11:00 A. M. ��Rev. R. Rodney Robinson, officiating. ��Viewing will be Sunday July 26, 2015 from 5 until 8:00 P.
