Obituary for Judith Charlene Baker Horton
Judith Charlene Baker Horton departed this life on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 in Kindred Care, Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Born in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Charlie and Jodie B. Tuggle Baker moved to Elizabeth City, North Carolina at an early age. Educated in the public schools of Elizabeth City - Pasquotank Judith graduated from P. W. Moore High School. �� ��After graduation she attended Elizabeth City State University and was crowned Miss Freshman. ��Judith loved fashion and prior to her illness operated a Seamstress Shop. She leaves to cherish her memory one ��step daughter; Danielle Hawkins of Raleigh, North Carolina. ��She is also survived by one sister in law; Carolyn Davis as well as several other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be conducted on Monday, July 27, 2015 in Oak Grove Cemetery at 11:00 A. M. Viewing will be Sunday July 26, 2015 from 5:00 until 8:00 P. M. in the chapel of the funeral home.
