Mrs. Della Marie Moore Sunbeam Griffin 87 of 1472 Lambs Grove Road died on Thursday October 12, 2017 at her residence
Della Moore Griffin was born December 23, 1929 in Pasquotank County to William Isaac and Gertrude Moore. She was predeceased by her husband, Joshua Griffin, a daughter Claudia Poole and an infant son (Ronnie Williams).
She received her early education in the Pasquotank County School System. She was employed at Vicki Villa until such time when the company dissolved.
She leaves to cherish her memory forever 3 daughters; Evangelist Merzell Smith (Ronnie) Eliz. City, Dafney Johnson (Chesapeake), Constance Michaux (Riverhead Long Island, N.Y.) an adopted daughter Evangelist Dorothy Moore (Kenny) Eliz. City, 4 sons; Marlyn Williams (Sara) Perry Ga., Deacon Herbert Williams (Cheryl) Williamsburg, Va., Clyde Griffin, (Va. Beach), Nathaniel Griffin, (April), Eliz. City., a sister in—law, Geraldine Spence, 24 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and 18 great great grandchildren. A special niece Sarah Anderson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Interment – Memory Gardens Cemetery
