Obituary for Constance Jones McNeil
Constance Jones McNeil of 320 Fairfax Terrace, Chesapeake, Virginia 23320 died at her residence. She was the daughter of the late March and Madeline Barrows Jones. Constance was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina and attended the public schools of Elizabeth City - Pasquotank County graduating from P. W. Moore High School. After graduation she moved to New York and continued her education obtaining and Associate Degree. She was a member of St. Peters Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Constance was the widower of Onzilee McNeil. She leaves to cherish her memory One daughter, Deborah J. Stubbs (m. John G.) of Chesapeake, Virginia. Three Grandchildren Madelyn Stallings, Erin Stubbs, and John Stubbs, Jr. Two Great Grandchildren, Joseph and Joshua Stallings. One Brother, Garland Jones of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Six Nieces, Robin Taylor, Vicki Mitchell, Santita Prather, Rosalyn Williams, Tanya Sylvester, and Paula Johnson. Three Nephews, Stanley Roberts, Keith Williams, and Warren Edward Jones.
